Awards, mentorships, and fellowships include: SFWA Nebula Conference 2020 scholarship, the Avengers of Colour program where they became a mentee to Terry J. Benton Walker, and the 2023 Open City fellowship for journalism at the Asian American Writers’ Workshop.
